We are more niche than other sites, and we forgo the 15% commission that high street lettings agencies charge. We won’t accept submissions that have little thought put into them (the space doesn’t need to be high end, but it needs to be thoughtful).

Importantly, we don’t work with real estate professionals, agents or brokers. Housing is a right, and we believe in equality and inclusion for all.
