We created our rental newsletter during the pandemic, when landlords and tenants were looking for homes with heart. Turns out people like the simplicity of receiving a weekly, curated list of homes, flatshares, and sublets on Thursdays.
Emma and the team curate all listings, focusing on integrity, quality and clarity—and we love the thrill of setting up good landlords with mindful tenants. We were London focused, but now we post in Brooklyn, Melbourne and other cities too.
We are committed to equality and fairness for all, and we don’t encourage predatory financial behaviour. Nor do we allow the 15% commission that estate agents charge.
